| 1. Since 1999, cooperate with some plants,as distributor to sell some chemicals and metal products. | |

| 5. In 2008, Head office of Frandcom Industrial Limited is launched in the United Kongdom | |
| 6. From 2008, we control some plants on basis of ownship control structures | |

7. In 2009, Frandcom gets strategic cooperation from international partners, late same year, Frandcom®India, |
